You’re eating healthier. You’re trying to stay active. You’re showing up for your yoga practice.
So why does your body suddenly feel stiff, achy, exhausted, and harder to recover?
If you’re a woman over 45, you are not imagining it — and you are definitely not failing.
Hormonal shifts, collagen decline, slower recovery, joint inflammation, and nervous system stress all begin changing the way your body responds to movement during perimenopause and menopause.
That’s exactly why Tymi Howard Bender created the Yoga Longevity Method: Joint Health Reset.
After 33+ years of yoga practice and teaching, Tymi discovered that traditional yoga alone was no longer enough to support the changing needs of the female body in midlife. Instead of pushing harder, she developed a smarter, science-backed approach designed specifically for women who want to stay strong, mobile, flexible, and pain-free for decades to come.
This is not about “anti-aging.”
It’s about finally understanding your body — and giving it exactly what it needs to thrive.

Understand how hormonal changes, collagen decline, and nervous system stress impact your body during perimenopause and menopause — and what you can do to feel stronger and more supported again.

Learn the powerful balance of muscle-building movement and deep connective tissue work that helps improve stability, flexibility, mobility, and long-term joint health.

Discover simple ways to improve sleep, reduce inflammation, support collagen production, and help your body recover faster naturally — so you can move with more energy and less pain.
